Amazon wanted to create high levels of knowledge and advocacy for the new Amazon Echo products across retail stores. Typical field marketing store visits were not sufficient so ENERGY created the Amazon Echo Experts programme to educate retail staff on the innovative Amazon Echo products in a ‘real-life’ home environment. Homes across the UK were used as engaging venues for retail training giving staff the ability to bring to demonstrate all the Amazon Echo benefits. In addition, a digital training website and incentive programme were produced to encourage hundreds of other retail staff who were not able to attend the events know more about the Amazon Echo.
